International Artist
magazine. Her other painting – a
winner of a national contest,
was featured in “Best of America
- Oil Artists & Artisans”
published by the Kennedy
Publishing 2007. Her painting
“Reading in the Blue Robe” was
accepted to the Oil Painters
of America Annual
Competition 2006. The painting
“Before Dance” was accepted for
the 2007 International
Exhibition of the Society of
Master Impressionists of Texas.
The painting "Mother IV" was
reproduced in the Los
Angeles Times. Her works
also appear regularly in the
California Art Institute's
literature. In 2005 several
articles about Irena Jablonski'
artistic profile appeared in
newspapers in both Ventura and
Los Angeles Counties. In January
2004 TV Channel 6 in Ventura
aired the program Irena
Jablonski: Human Interest.
Irena Jablonski was the featured
artist of the Ventura
Harvest Art Walk 2005.
Over the last three years,
Jablonski took part in numerous
exhibitions, both national and
international in scope and
received 38 awards the
recent being an award at the
SCORE VI exhibition at VIVA
Gallery in L.A.
Jablonski’s favorite subject is
painting portraits from life
sitters or photographs.
